We have a 30-day return policy for full-price items, which means you have 30 days to return the item from the day it was delivered. If you'd like to return a full-price item, you're responsible for return shipping fees. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with original packaging and tags intact. Any items with deodorant marks, makeup stains, strong smells, wear, rips, tears, or other damages will be rejected.Clearance and sale items are exchange-only. This means that you can exchange the item for another product or receive store credit. Refunds are not available for these items.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at support@shapegirl.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to our warehouse without notice will not be accepted. You must provide return tracking information to our support team to track the package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Clearance and sale items cannot be returned, only exchanged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges and Store Credit

For full-price items, exchanges are allowed provided the item is not damaged or defective. For clearance and sale items, only exchanges are permitted; refunds are not available. Store credit may be offered in some cases. Detailed instructions will be provided upon approval of an exchange or return request.

Refunds

Refunds are available for full-price items only, within the 30-day return period. This does not apply to clearance and sale items or gift cards. Cancellation requests will not be accepted 24 hours after the order has been placed. If your item has already entered processing, you can return it for an exchange or store credit.
